Cheryl Ann Winchester, age 69, of Boone, IA, formerly of Sac City, passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames, IA.  Cheryl was born on November 4, 1946, to Harris and Elsie (Hutchinson) Winchester in Adams, Wisconsin.  She attended school in Wisconsin and graduated from high school there.

Cheryl worked her entire life as a clerk in various stores.  She was an amazing mom,  grandmother and great-grandmother who loved her family and enjoyed every moment she could spend with them.  She also enjoyed working on crossword puzzles and reading.

Cheryl is survived by her mother, Elsi Winchester of Lytton, IA; her children: Danny Craig of Sac City, IA,  Christi Bryson of Boone, IA, Julie Burchett and husband Gerald of Aubrey, TX, and Dennis Craig and wife Dawn of Lake City, IA; grandchildren: Stephany Olson, Tyler Craig, Brandy Burchett, Kyle Burchett, Breanna Bryson, Julissa Bryson, Tracy Craig, Trevor Craig, Stacy Jimenez, and Jeremy Smith; great-grandchildren: James, Chelsey,  and Brandon Monk, Lyrik Moore, L’raea Bryson, Bella Jimenez, Jase Olson, and Rylee Craig; extended family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harris Winchester and brother, Randy Winchester.
