   Florence Evelyn Tatman, age 87, of Maple Grove, MN, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2015, at her home.

   Florence was born September 28, 1927, to Herbert and Helen (Barlow) Zimmerman in Sac City, IA.  She was baptized in 1976 in Macon, GA and later joined the Greater Life Tabernacle Church in Columbia Heights, MN.

   Florence was united in marriage to Mahlon Earl Tatman.  They were blessed with two sons, Earl Ray and Craig Allen.  Florence enjoyed participating in church activates and was known as everyone’s grandma.  She also held bible studies in her home for many years.  Florence was a hard worker and was always there to help whenever someone needed her. 

   Florence was a very social and friendly person.  She enjoyed going for walks and spending time with her family.  She will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her.

   Survivors include her two sons: Earl Ray (Brenda) of Windsor, CO, and Craig Allen (Sherry) of Sac City, IA; five brothers: Cliff of Sioux City, IA, John of Sac City, IA, Earl of Sac City, IA, Chuck of Sac City, IA, Ted of Sac City, IA; two sisters: Beulah Cole of Sac City, IA, Ruth Mason of Sac City, IA; grandchildren: Brett of Windsor, CO, Brian of Windsor, CO, Charity of Prior Lake, MN, Abigail of Anoka, MN, Deborah of Champlain, MN; great-grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Zachary, Hunter, Holden, Landon, Caleb, and Riley.

   Florence was preceded in death by her husband Mahlon Earl Tatman; parents; brothers: James, Robert, Jack, William, Kenneth, and Donald; and sisters: Pearl, Mary, Lois, and June.
