“My family was from LakeView My father was Harry Parkinson and my mother was Ardis. I was 9 When we moved. My father was a contracter. and did work at the station and the cafe. I have such fond memories of Lake View, and the people. my dad and I would come to the cafe, visit with your folks, and get a coke. When ever we came back to visit relatives, or on Memorial day our last stop was at the cafe, for The best hot beef sandwich, and a piece of pie. and visit before we went home. I am 75 years old now. I can still see her and the cafe. I am sorry for your loss. but I am thankful for those memories .”
