   Kim Hoxie-Huss, age 66 of Early, IA, passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at UnityPoint HealthTrinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge, IA.  Kimberly Gail Hoxie-Huss was born on March 29, 1954, to parents Robert and Nedra (Rodgers) Hoxie in Sac City, IA.  She grew up in Early, IA, attended grade school in Early, and graduated from Schaller-Crestland High School in 1972.  Together, Wes Bernard and Kim where blessed with two children: Michael and Stacey during their marriage. On August 13, 1999, Kim was united in marriage to Jim Huss of Royal, IA, in Okoboji, IA, in a small ceremony.  They later moved to Early so that Kim could be closer to help take care of her mother, Nedra.  

   Kim leaves behind her mother, Nedra Hoxie of Sac City, IA; children Michael Bernard of St. Louis, MO, and Stacey (Sean) Casey of Sioux Rapids, IA; grandchildren: Kendra and Gavin Casey of Sioux Rapids, IA; sister Rebecca Stoltz of Minneapolis, MN; Aunts: Kay (Earl) Zimmerman of Sac City, IA, and Mildred Holdgrafer of Salix, IA; many extended family members and friends.

    Kim was preceded in death by her husband Jim Huss (June 5, 2020); father Bob Hoxie; grandparents: Arthur and Freda Rodgers, Mildred Wiseman, and Roy Hoxie; brother-in-law John Stoltz; and parents-in-law Frank and Thyre Huss.
