Doneta Jacobsen, age 85 of Sac City, IA, passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2020, at Black Hawk Life Care Center in Lake View, IA. Doneta Mae Camarigg was born on May 25, 1934, to parents Glen and Amanda (Brosamle) Camarigg, in Correctionville, IA. She grew up on a farm outside Correctionville where she attended school. Doneta graduated with Cushing High School's Class of 1952.
   On May 25,1952, Doneta married Vester Dean Hayworth of Anthon, IA. This union was blessed with three sons: Kevin, Lynn, and Stanley, all born in Council Bluffs, IA, where they lived until  Dean sadly passed away on February 5,1963. The family then moved to Anthon, IA. Doneta later met Jack Jacobsen of Hancock, IA, and the two were married on November 3, 1966. They then made their home in Sac City, IA.
   Once the boys were older, Doneta worked outside the home as a bookkeeper for both Sears and Firestone. She later worked at the Sac County Jail as a Jail Matron, a job that she loved. In her free time she enjoyed crocheting and reading and was a big football fan and loved her Hawkeyes. Doneta loved her family very much and will be greatly missed by them as well as all who knew and loved her.
   Survivors include her children: Kevin Dean Hayworth of Farmington, NM, Lynn Vester Hayworth and wife Linda (Bottorff) of Cooper City, FL, and Stanley E. Hayworth and wife Michelle of San Antonio, TX; grandchildren: Scott Roy Hayworth and wife Samantha of Cooper City, FL, and Kelly Michelle Hayworth of Cooper City, FL; great-grandchild Grayson Scott Hayworth of Cooper City, FL; many extended family members and friends.
   Doneta was preceded in death by her parents, Glen and Amanda Camarigg; brother Keith Camarigg; husband Vester Dean Hayworth; and husband Jack Jacobsen.
