On September 1, 1926, Genevieve was united in marriage to Cecil B. Teague at Rockwell City. Three children were born to this union: Donna, Dean, and Maryl. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She enjoyed following her children and grandchildren’s activities in school and was so proud of all their accomplishments.
