Robert Nolan Johnson, 69, of Ankeny, IA, died Sunday, February 19, 2006 at the Mercy Hospice in Johnston, IA.  Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, February 25, 2006 at the Farber & Otteman Funeral Home in Sac City with Pastor Carl Benge of the United Methodist Church in Early officiating.

Nolan was born on July 23, 1936 to Charles and Anna (Zimmerman) Johnson in Levy Township in Sac County, Iowa..  He retired from the Water Department in Sioux  Falls, South Dakota.  He lived and raised his family in Storm Lake, Iowa and was a devoted family man, loved gardening and watching sports and was an avid Cubs fan.

Noland is survived by his wife, Karen of Ankeny, two daughters, Lori  Johnson of Humboldt, IA and Nancy (Jeff) Coffin of Des Moines, IA; son, Kevin Johnson of Mesa, AZ; grandchildren, Leah, Levi and Isaac Richardson and Amanda  Coffin: great-granddaughter, Tatyana  Crirksena; two sister, Edna Huff of Lake View, IA and Myna Brinker of Lake City, IA.
