Arthur Wilson
A celebration of life service will be held Friday, February 11th, at 11:00 a.m. at First Assembly of God Church in Carroll, Iowa. Interment will be in the Kelley Community Cemetery. Arthur Howard Wilson of Lake View, Iowa, passed from us peacefully at home on February 9, 2005. He was 63 years old. Arthur was born March 3, 1941, to George and Genevieve (Howard) Wilson of Kelley, Iowa. Graduated from Ballard High School in 1959 and attended Drake University. On April 3, 1976, he was united in marriage to Barbara N. Caudill in West Des Moines, Iowa. He had worked in the trucking industry all his life in various capacities. He was self employed for fifteen years and was then employed by Crouse Cartage Company, Roberts Dairy, and most recently TCT Trucking. He is survived by his wife Barbara Wilson of Lake View; daughters, Valerie (Gregory) Raymond of Overland Park, Kansas, Melissa Wilson of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Tiffany Wilson of Point Lookout, Missouri; son, Matthew Wilson of West Point Military Academy, of West Point, New York; granddaughter Alexandra and grandson Gage of Overland Park, Kansas; sister, Charlene (David) Milam of Kelley, Iowa; brothers, Donald Wilson of Cary, Illinois, and James Wilson of Slater, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters: Linda Wilson and Mary Remsburg. |
